Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OVERVIEW

Shipping is always included in the final price for UK mainland orders.

Different shipping methods are used depending on the type and value of the artwork. The most appropriate option is selected by the artist to ensure safe delivery.

UK ORDERS

Original Commissions

All commissioned artworks are shipped free of charge within the UK.

Orders are normally sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

For higher-value commissions, shipping is upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) at no additional cost, to ensure maximum security and full tracking.

Prints

Shipping is included for all print orders.

Prints are sent using standard Royal Mail delivery.

Shipping methods may vary depending on order size and format.

Delivery times are estimates provided by postal services and cannot be guaranteed.
I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services once the order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders outside the UK, shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are confirmed before payment.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT), or handling fees, depending on the destination country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or postal services once the order has been dispatched.

PACKAGING

Packaging depends on the type of artwork.

Original commissions

Original artworks are shipped rolled inside a sturdy cardboard mailing tube to ensure maximum protection during transit.

Prints

Prints are typically shipped flat, using rigid protective packaging.

Additional protective materials (such as sleeves or padding) are used to prevent damage.

Packaging materials may vary as I continue to refine my print fulfillment process.

Whenever possible, I aim to use recyclable and environmentally conscious packaging materials.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While damage during shipping is very rare, please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

the damaged artwork

the packaging (both inside and outside)

Each case will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, I will arrange a replacement or offer an appropriate solution.

Claims made outside this timeframe, or without sufficient photographic evidence, may not be accepted.

LOST OR DELAYED ITEMS

An order cannot be considered lost until it is officially classified as such by the postal service.

For UK orders, this typically occurs after 10 working days from the expected delivery date.
For international orders, longer timeframes may apply depending on the destination.

Refunds or replacements can only be issued once a claim has been confirmed with the courier.
